Getting more out of ESPNEWS

Getting more out of ESPNEWS Checklist

  • When your player lists more than one version (HD, FHD, 4K), pick the one your connection can hold.
  • Open the channel a few minutes before a big game rather than at the opening whistle.
  • Missed the start? On channels with catch-up, the guide plays the broadcast from the beginning.
  • Keep the player app updated; guide and playback fixes arrive through updates.

Getting ESPNEWS on your TV

Three steps. Order on WhatsApp and wait about a minute for the credentials. Put a player on your device: Fire TV and Android TV owners usually go with TiviMate, iPhone and Apple TV owners with IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV. Sign in, let the channel list load, and open Live Sports.

Finding ESPNEWS in your player

Your player opens on a channel list split by category. Open Live Sports and ESPNEWS is in there, or use search. Highlight it and the guide fills in the current show, its end time and the next program. Add it to favorites once and it stays at the top of your list from then on.

Troubleshooting ESPNEWS

Troubleshooting ESPNEWS Checklist

  • Wrong program in the guide: check the device's time zone, then the EPG offset setting in the player.
  • Sound but no picture: switch the player's decoder between hardware and software in its settings.
  • "Authorization failed": re-enter the login exactly as sent, including http:// and the port in the server URL.

More in Live Sports

Same login, same group: ESPN, beIN Sports, TUDN, and Fox Soccer Plus. Nothing in the IPTV Strong 8K lineup is sold separately, so add whichever you like to favorites.

FAQ

Questions About ESPNEWS

Not covered here? Send it on WhatsApp and a person on the support desk will answer, any hour of the day.

Is ESPNEWS included in every IPTV Strong 8K plan?

Yes. All 4 plans carry ESPNEWS along with the rest of the 32,000+ channels. Nothing is priced channel by channel, so there's no add-on to buy.

What internet speed does ESPNEWS need?

Plan on about 10 Mbps for each HD stream and 25 Mbps for each 4K stream. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi keeps the picture steady when the rest of the house is online.

Can I watch ESPNEWS on my phone away from home?

Yes. Install the same player on your phone and sign in with the same details. A plan plays on one screen at a time as standard, and one order can cover up to 3 screens at once.

Can I restart a show on ESPNEWS that already began?

On channels that support catch-up, yes: open the guide, go back to the program and play it from the start. Catch-up reaches up to 7 days back.

Can I watch ESPNEWS on a TV without a cable box?

Yes. Any device that runs an IPTV player will do: Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, smart TVs from Samsung and LG, phones and computers. Roku is the odd one out because it can't install Android apps, so Roku owners usually mirror from a phone or add a streaming stick.
