Troubleshooting Hallmark Movies & Mysteries

Troubleshooting Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Checklist

  • Sound but no picture: switch the player's decoder between hardware and software in its settings.
  • Wrong program in the guide: check the device's time zone, then the EPG offset setting in the player.
  • Plays for a minute, then freezes: run a speed test on the TV itself. Under about 25 Mbps, choose the HD version of the channel instead of 4K.

Questions About Hallmark Movies & Mysteries

Not covered here? Send it on WhatsApp and a person on the support desk will answer, any hour of the day.

Is Hallmark Movies & Mysteries included in every IPTV Strong 8K plan?

Yes. All 4 plans carry Hallmark Movies & Mysteries along with the rest of the 32,000+ channels. Nothing is priced channel by channel, so there's no add-on to buy.

What internet speed does Hallmark Movies & Mysteries need?

Budget 10 Mbps per HD screen and 25 Mbps per 4K screen, then add headroom for everyone else online. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi keeps the picture steady when the rest of the house is online.

Does Hallmark Movies & Mysteries show up in the TV guide?

The lineup's EPG covers about 99% of channels, so Hallmark Movies & Mysteries normally shows the current program, its end time and what's next. If listings look off, check the time zone on your device.

Can I watch Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on my phone away from home?

Yes. Install the same player on your phone and sign in with the same details. How many devices play at the same moment is set when you order: one screen as standard, up to 3 on a single plan.

Can I watch Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on a TV without a cable box?

Yes. Any device that runs an IPTV player will do: Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV boxes, Apple TV, smart TVs from Samsung and LG, phones and computers. Roku is the odd one out because it can't install Android apps, so Roku owners usually mirror from a phone or add a streaming stick.
