Getting TRT World on your TV
Three steps. Order on WhatsApp and wait about a minute for the credentials. Put a player on your device: Fire TV and Android TV owners usually go with TiviMate, iPhone and Apple TV owners with IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV. Sign in, let the channel list load, and open News.
How it looks once you sign in
Once you sign in, the player sorts channels into groups. TRT World sits under News; typing the first few letters into search gets you there faster than scrolling. The guide row shows what's on now and what's next, and a long press on the channel (or the menu button, depending on the app) adds it to favorites.
Troubleshooting TRT World
Troubleshooting TRT World Checklist
- "Authorization failed": re-enter the login exactly as sent, including http:// and the port in the server URL.
- Plays for a minute, then freezes: run a speed test on the TV itself. Under about 25 Mbps, choose the HD version of the channel instead of 4K.
- Spinning wheel, then nothing: switch to another channel and back. If others play and TRT World doesn't, refresh the playlist from the player settings.
