Getting more out of True Crime Network

Getting more out of True Crime Network Checklist

  • Episodes run back to back for hours; the guide tells you where a block ends.
  • Lock the group behind a PIN if younger viewers use the same TV.
  • Overnight runs are easy to pick up the next day through catch-up.
  • Keep the player app updated; guide and playback fixes arrive through updates.

How it looks once you sign in

Your player opens on a channel list split by category. Open Crime & Investigation and True Crime Network is in there, or use search. Highlight it and the guide fills in the current show, its end time and the next program. Add it to favorites once and it stays at the top of your list from then on.

Getting True Crime Network on your TV

Pick a plan on the pricing page and order on WhatsApp; the login arrives in about 60 seconds. Install a player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro (on Samsung and LG TVs, an app like IBO Player). Enter the server URL, username and password, and True Crime Network shows up with the rest of the Crime & Investigation group.

Same group, same login

Same login, same group: Investigation Discovery, Oxygen True Crime, and Court TV. Nothing in the IPTV Strong 8K lineup is sold separately, so add whichever you like to favorites.

Troubleshooting True Crime Network

Troubleshooting True Crime Network Checklist

  • Wrong program in the guide: check the device's time zone, then the EPG offset setting in the player.
  • "Authorization failed": re-enter the login exactly as sent, including http:// and the port in the server URL.
  • Spinning wheel, then nothing: switch to another channel and back. If others play and True Crime Network doesn't, refresh the playlist from the player settings.

FAQ

Questions About True Crime Network

Not covered here? Send it on WhatsApp and a person on the support desk will answer, any hour of the day.

Is True Crime Network included in every IPTV Strong 8K plan?

Yes. All 4 plans carry True Crime Network along with the rest of the 32,000+ channels. Nothing is priced channel by channel, so there's no add-on to buy.

Does True Crime Network show up in the TV guide?

The lineup's EPG covers about 99% of channels, so True Crime Network normally shows the current program, its end time and what's next. If listings look off, check the time zone on your device.

Can I watch True Crime Network on my phone away from home?

Yes. Install the same player on your phone and sign in with the same details. A plan plays on one screen at a time as standard, and one order can cover up to 3 screens at once.

Can I restart a show on True Crime Network that already began?

On channels that support catch-up, yes: open the guide, go back to the program and play it from the start. Catch-up reaches up to 7 days back.

What internet speed does True Crime Network need?

Budget 10 Mbps per HD screen and 25 Mbps per 4K screen, then add headroom for everyone else online. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi keeps the picture steady when the rest of the house is online.
