Many smart TV players don’t take a login typed on the TV. Instead the app shows a MAC address and a device key or code on its start screen, and you enter those on the developer’s website along with your M3U link or Xtream details. The app then fetches the playlist the next time it opens.

Activation is a fee or registration with the app’s developer, separate from your IPTV plan. If the code is refused, the usual causes are a typo in the MAC or key, an activation period that has ended, or a playlist added to the wrong device on the website.

  • Free up a connection. Stop playback on every other device, wait a minute or two for the session to close, then sign in again.
  • Try a second player. Sign in with the same details in IPTV Smarters Pro. If it works there, remove and reinstall the first app.
