Outside the big metros, connection types vary more. Fiber and cable are fine for 4K, while DSL and fixed wireless are usually better suited to HD. Test the speed on the TV itself first. Prepaid means no renewal surprises, and the 7-day money-back guarantee means the first week carries no risk.

Before you order: Carmel

Carmel: Before you order

  • Keep the 7-day money-back guarantee in mind: test on every TV you plan to use during the first week.
  • Run a speed test on the TV or stick itself, in the evening, when your area is busiest.
  • Decide which TV gets the main player and whether a stick or the built-in apps make more sense.
  • Check that the device clock is on Eastern time so the guide lines up.

From order to first channel

Send your order on WhatsApp and the connection details for your device come back in roughly 60 seconds. Install a player on the TV you use most: TiviMate on a Fire TV or Android TV, IPTV Smarters Pro on Apple TV, or an app such as IBO Player on Samsung and LG TVs. Sign in, and the channel list loads in a minute or two.

Guide times in Carmel

Carmel runs on Eastern time. Your player shows guide times by the device clock, so set the TV or stick to the Eastern zone (most pick it up from the network automatically). If listings still look off, change the EPG offset in the player rather than the clock.
