- Pick a plan length, send the order on WhatsApp, and keep the reply open: it holds the server URL, username and password.

- Choose the Xtream Codes login in OTT Navigator and enter the server URL (including http:// and the port), the username and the password exactly as sent.
- Give the first sync a couple of minutes, then hide the groups you never use and favorite the rest.
What you'll see on first launch
The first launch is the busy one: OTT Navigator fetches thousands of channels, the movie and series catalogs, and guide data. Give it a minute or two, then start building favorites so later launches open straight to what you watch.
Common problems and fixes
OTT Navigator on NVIDIA Shield TV Pro: Common problems and fixes
- "Invalid credentials": retype the server URL with http:// and the port, and check capital letters; the username and password are case-sensitive.
- Buffering on sports only: run a speed test on the NVIDIA Shield TV Pro. Below about 25 Mbps, use the HD version of the channel.
- Picture but no sound: set the NVIDIA Shield TV Pro's audio output to stereo or PCM; some soundbars refuse surround passthrough from IPTV feeds.
- Channels but no guide: refresh the EPG in OTT Navigator's settings, or give it a few minutes after the first sign-in.
Tune it for the NVIDIA Shield TV Pro
OTT Navigator on NVIDIA Shield TV Pro: Tune it for the NVIDIA Shield TV Pro
- Turn on frame-rate matching in the box's display settings so 60fps sports don't judder.
- Set the output resolution to match the TV; a 4K signal on a 1080p TV just adds work.
- Leave the box on standby rather than unplugging it, so the guide stays fresh.
- Buffer: a medium buffer of about 2 to 3 seconds smooths short dips without adding much delay.
