4K is no problem for the Chromecast with Google TV; give it a 25 Mbps connection and a 4K TV and the sharper feeds hold up. Fast soccer rewards a wired connection more than a 4K badge. Plans are prepaid and never auto-renew, and you have 7 days to ask for your money back.

WWC viewing tips
WWC on Chromecast with Google TV: WWC viewing tips
- Overseas leagues kick off in the morning or early afternoon US time while MLS mostly plays at night; catch-up covers the matches you miss.
- Wide shots of the full field reward a sharp feed, so use 4K only if your line clears 25 Mbps.
- Big matches often have English and Spanish broadcasts on different channels; pick the commentary you prefer.
- Stoppage time runs past the guide slot, so don't switch away at the 90th minute.
